ADISAN HOT/COLD PACK bags are designed for hot and cold application. Localized hot and cold applications have proven their effectiveness. INDICATIONS - Do not apply directly on the skin, use the protective cover. - Size 26.5 x 10 cm. USAGE Press the pouch on the area to be treated for a period not exceeding 20 minutes. - Cold: Cool in the freezer, in the ice zone at a temperature not exceeding -5ºC. - Heat: Heat in the microwave at medium power (600W) for 30 seconds. It can also be heated in a bain-marie for 5 minutes with boiling water.
