RETURNS

In accordance with current legislation, products can be returned, for whatever reason, within a period of 14 business days from the receipt of the merchandise by the customer.

To do this, the conditions set out on this conditions page must be met.

Return conditions for Farmashopping customers:

Returns of the following products will not be accepted, as established in the LAW 47/2002, of December 19, reforming Law 7/1996, of January 15, on Retail Trade Regulation :

• Contracts for the supply of goods whose price is subject to fluctuations in financial market coefficients that the seller cannot control.
• Contracts for the supply of goods made according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, or that, by their nature, cannot be returned or can deteriorate or expire quickly.
• Contracts for the supply of sound or video recordings, discs and computer programs that have been unsealed by the consumer, as well as computer files, supplied electronically, capable of being downloaded or reproduced immediately for permanent use.
• Contracts for the supply of daily press, periodicals and magazines.

All online pharmacy products must be returned in their original packaging with all the accessories it contains, in perfect condition and protected, avoiding stickers, seals or adhesive tape directly on the surface or packaging of the item, in its unopened packaging. Otherwise Farmashopping reserves the right to reject the return.

Returns of glasses, panties, girdles, bras, mattresses, personalized pacifiers, infant milk, food supplements, among others, are not accepted.

Once the merchandise is received and verified that it is in perfect condition, the refund of the amount will be processed if so indicated.

The transport costs originated by the return will be borne by the customer.

The fertilizers For returns they will have a maximum period of 30 days for administrative procedures, although we try not to delay more than 7 days.

The money will be returned within 14 calendar days from the time the product is received at Farmashopping.
